Off to the beach xx

Well it's been a long time again since I blogged, but I have been super busy with work, card orders and preparing for my holiday.

I feel so bad because I have not visited any of my blogging friends for a while, but I am going to pick up with my posting after my holidays because my blog has been too neglected.

I have a much needed 2 week holiday and hopefully in 5 days I will be hitting the beach like Molly below, lol!

I LOVE my new Molly's, my Mum helped me build my new beach themed collection up.

Is everyone still there???

Hi Everyone,

I am back with a card that I made for my Mum's birthday a couple of weeks ago. I used my Magnolia with Cake from the last collection with some gorgeous papers that I have forgot the name of (sorry).





I intend to have a bit of a blog hop tonight and tomorrow and I am so sorry to all my blogging friends because I have just fell out with Mr Blogger lately. I spend most of my time crafting now rather than blogging. I suppose that is the right way round I guess.

Tomorrow I celebrate my 1st wedding anniversary so I have removed "newly" married from my profile. It's a happy day, but I am very sad that a whole year has passed since my perfect wedding day!!

I am back x

Hello

I hope everyone is okay. I have been on holiday from work this week and I have had a fab week apart from our computer was "hacked" on Bank Holiday Monday. It's been a nightmare so I only picked the computer up from PC World on Friday. You don't realise how much you use the PC until you have it taken away. I am sorry that I have not dropped by to see my favourite blogs but this is why.

I dashed straight to the Craft Box last week because the new Magnolia range was due in. I picked up my favourite papers from the range along with a couple of the new stamps. It would be rude not too, lol!!!

I made a card straight away with my favourite stamp & paper of the new collection. Here it is..........



I never buy stamps like this, but I really wanted this image because I think it is so cute. I also had a go at colouring with my promarkers since my class a couple of weeks ago. I hope it shows!!



Right I am off now to go and have a relaxing night watching TV with the family before work tomorrow. It's been so nice being off work with my Mum just doing normal things and I feel like I have been off for ages.

Just Gorjuss!!

Hello

I had a fab day yesterday at the Craft Box. The lovely Meesh did a class on how to colour with Promarkers. I learnt so much and I can't wait to play some more. I now feel like I can colour properly, lol!!

Here is another card that I made over the weekend. It is with my new Gorjuss stamp, love it.



I coloured the image with my Distress Inks again and used some lovely Strawberry paper. I made some flowers with my Marianne Die and added a a few pins with beads threaded through.

Hi Everyone,

Well, last night was the first night that I felt like doing a bit of crafting and once I had started I couldn't stop.

I decided to get out my Strawberry Molly and Herb Seat and do a bit of masking. I also coloured the images with my Distress Inks for a change.

Here it is......



I used my new Stella Rose papers and I just love the vibrant colours. I edged all the papers with stickles and added glamour dust to my image.



I used some of my Magnolia flowers which were still not opened until this card. I really enjoyed colouring with the "DI" and I think my colouring has certainly come along since the last time I tried.



I also made a card with my new Gorjuss Stamp, which I love and I will try and blog this tomorrow.

Hi All,

I have not been the best with my blogging and commenting. I am very sorry.

My asthma has once again been a total nightmare and I am struggling. I haven't slept one single night this week straight through.

I haven't been able to craft either because I just don't have the patience at the moment, not even to colour!!

Here is a card that I made a couple of weeks ago at a class at the Craft Box. I love it when we use my favourite stamps.



I don't usually buy Easter stamps because I just don't get enough use out of them, but this one is really sweet. I don't have it myself so it was nice to use it at the class.

We used the new Marianne Dies to make the flowers. I wasn't sure at first, but now I love them I have bow bought the die!

Don't Faint, but another post.....

I thought I would be daring and post for the second time this weekend!

I made this card a couple of days ago for a card order that my Mum asked for.

I used two of the new Magnolia images which had their first "ink up" this week. How bad am I????

I decided to make an aperture with my oval nellie dies and place the picket fence from Make it Colourful in the background.



I coloured both images with my Aqua Promarkers and made the clouds myself by cutting a basic cloud shape out and inking inside the DIY stencil with my DI in Broken China.



I know the front of the card looks a little empty, but I need to put quite a long name on the top so I haven't put this on yet. Just looking for the right letters!
