Magnolia & Molly Birthday Cards xx

Hi Everyone,

Here are a couple of birthday cards that I have made for my cousin, Rochelle.

The first is using my new Magnolia stamp from the recent collection which I just love. I think she is my favourite!

I used some lovely papers from the Craft Box and added some Bo Bunny flowers with a pin and beads attached.

I was brave and coloured her with my Aqua Pro Markers but I really didn't like stamping my stamps with Staz on!! Daft I know but I like them nice and clean - looking new!!!

My second card is using my new Molly Bloom stamp. I also got the idea for this card from a beautiful sample Lynne at the Craft Box showed me. The papers are Echo Park which we used in a class last week and I just love them

Don't look too close at my colouring, still in practice.

Early night tonight because I am in work at 7am so I really can't be making cards until the early hours like I usually do!

Love

Izzy's Birthday Cards

My little Neice was 2 on Friday and of course I was given the job of making her cards by my family.

Here is Owen's

My Mum & Dad's. I got this idea from Mary's Blog

My Sister's using my new Molly Bloom stamp with heart

and lastly, mine. I used Molly as Strawberry, love this image. I matched it with my Strawberry Magnolia stamp.

I had a great day at the Craft Box yesterday because it was my Molly Bloom class. I made a gorgeous basket and card and it was a great day. Both me and Auntie Chanelle loved it.

Hope your weekend has been as good as mine, lol!!!

Fuzzy Tilda Christening Card

Hello

I am doing well because I have posted twice over the weekend. It's a record!!!

Well I was up until 2.00am finishing my Christening cards. Yesterday I was looking for inspiration for my cards so I then started them and came up with this......

I came across the Just Magnolia Challenge Blog which is on Week 96. This week "Anything Goes" with an added extra of glitter. I decided to have a go. Really must start to do more. I used my Fizzy Tilda (not her official name). I love her. I used my new Desert Blooms papers from Trimcraft along with a Marianne Design Creatable Stencil. Just a gorgeous extra that you can thread ribbon through.

I used some Flowersoft for her little flower and added glitter to her hair ribbon and dress.

I really enjoyed making this Christening card. I hope they like it. Little Summer look gorgeous and it was a lovely day.

Shopping Mouse

Happy Saturday everyone! I hope you are all having a great day. My blogging habits are just not getting any better I am afraid because life/crafting just gets in the way sometimes. I craft every day, but just don't seem to find the time to blog everything I do.

I still have two Christening cards to make and I am only half way through one. Did I mention they both need to be done for tomorrow???? :-( I think I am going to spend the day blog hopping for some inspiration then craft tonight.

Here is a card that I made a couple of weeks ago for my Auntie. It's a "Just Because" card and I made it for my Auntie Chanelle. She loved it. After I had taken the photo I added a "C" for Chanelle and "K" for me to the shopping bags!!!

I saw some sample cards made at the Craft Box with this stamp from a large set (Can't remember the name - sorry) and I just loved them so Martin bought them for me as part of my Valentines present.

I hope you like it and I will try to be back sooner next time!

Love,

xx

Magnolia Easter Card

Hi Everyone! I have been such a bad blogger lately and I am so sorry.

I have been crafting none stop, but never found the time to blog!!

On Wednesday evening it was craft night with Auntie Chanelle again. We had a right laugh. It was my turn to do the layout but I never got round to it so Chanelle had to save the day and she made this up as we went along. She is very good, but we never stopped laughing!!! I must try harder next time and have something prepared.

I used my Easter Magnolia image which I bought in the sale from the Craft Box last year. I went with Chanelle and she thought that she had bought the same, but she had a lovely image with short hair and a bow!!!

The tags and circle are Chanelle's new Dies from Marianne which she came equipped with. I love them and think I am going to invest in some. They have such great detail.

The papers are Magnolia and Chanelle couldn't wait to cut those daffodils out. I took the easy option and punched a few small retro flowers in yellow card stock!!! I just need to add a sentiment to my tag, but I am still looking for the right one!!

Hope you like it! Love,

With All My Love Magnolia Card

Good Saturday Everyone,

I went to another class at the Craft Box on Tuesday night and we used my favourite stamps!!!! MAGNOLIA.

We made a different easel card and I absolutely love it.

I have missed out on this Magnolia image from the new range. I have quite a few but didn't manage to get this one. Isn't she gorgeous.

I coloured the image with distress inks and I am really pleased with it even if I do say so myself - ha ha!

A couple of different cards for me!

Hello,

I hope everyone is having a good weekend so far. It's been a quiet one for me and I am off craft shopping in a little while so I thought I would show you a couple of cards that I made at a new craft class this week that I went to with my Auntie Chanelle.

I would never do anything like this myself so it was really nice to try something different and get a little bit messy!!

Here is the first one....

I love how the shimmer comes through the blue distressed background and the black ink on the butterfly.

Here is the second which I have to say is my favourite. I just love the flowers and I think they were made with Paper Artsy stamps (sorry if I am wrong!!)

I think I need more practice with the distress backgrounds, but practice makes perfect - I hope!

I really enjoyed making the cards because it is so nice to try something new and not something you would do at home.

Love,
